Ensure visitors Sign in
Maintain a visitor’s log and confidentiality agreements
Follows all security protocol
Answer multi-line telephones/ transfer calls
Give applications to applicants/ ensure copies of applications area available
Keep the reception area neat, orderly and free of excess traffic
Copying, faxing, filing, typing duties as needed
Receive and sort mail
Assists with administrative projects like: feed ticket processing; mass mailers; account reconciliations; accounting projects; data entry; etc.
Assists HR department with projects
Assisting with monthly newsletter and other reports
Helps drive all of BFF’s Environment Management Systems (EMS) in an impactful manner to include: monitoring/reducing operationally-related negative effects on the environment as well as pollution prevention.
1-3 years of Reception & Accounting experience
Demonstrated team work skills as part of a cross-functional team.
Proven ability to function in a positive and collaborative manner with a strong and seasoned staff.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Sound planning and organizational skills.
High level of proficiency in PC spreadsheets and databases.
Provide support to all ad hoc projects.
Monitor all activities and ensure compliance to all corporate standards.
Experience with office machines to include calculator, copier, computer & fax machine.
Physical Requirement/Work Environment
Must be able to adapt to office work environments which could include cold, heat. Individual will be exposed to high noise levels.
Data entry while seated for greater than one (1) hour
Must possess the ability to work in an agricultural environment, indoors, outdoors, office, warehouse, processing, and farm production areas each varying in temperature, odor and other environment specific atmospheres.
