Brown Sugar Pecan Pie

A fall classic, this brown sugar pecan pie is perfect for gathering with friends and family or wrap it up and give as a gift to someone special!

  • 1 cup packed dark brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/3 cup butter (2/3 stick), melted

  • 1 tsp.vanilla

  • 1/2 tsp.salt

  • 1 cup pecan halves

  • 1 basic piecrust (9-inch), baked


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 

  2. Beat eggs, brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, vanilla and salt in medium bowl until well blended.

  3. Arrange pecan halves evenly in bottom of piecrust. Slowly pour egg mixture over pecans.

  4. Bake in center of preheated oven until knife inserted midway between center and edge of pie comes out clean, about 40 to 45 minutes.

  5. Cool on wire rack and enjoy!
