Whether you work in a chicken house or accounting, we want you to be excited about what we do at BFF. The world does not exist without agriculture. YOU feed people. Each day you wake up, you should be proud of what you do and how you do it. We ARE farmers, and to be successful, we need to have a farmer’s mentality. Farmers do what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and they always finds a better way of doing things.

God is first, others are second, and I am third. This means we have a spirit of humility and that we do not seek to put our own personal agenda ahead of our team. To be good stewards of our jobs, our teammates, and our families and see them as a gift from the Lord.

We get excited when folks are focused on the role the Lord has placed them in. It means as an organization, we value continual improvement and growth. Each of us has to always be moving forward, or else we are moving backwards. My heart for you is that you grow in your ability, your responsibility, in your family and your friendships.

At Braswell Family Farms, the Parable of the Talents in Matthew 25 has taught us our jobs are a gift from God and provides us with a platform to serve our customers and each other. This business is the Lord’s, and He has allowed us to be its stewards with an opportunity to honor and glorify Him. This means that He has given us everything we need to fulfill our calling and that we are accountable for how we steward His resources.
We are motivated to produce the highest-quality eggs and feed not only to meet consumers’ needs but because they are a means through which we may better the lives of everyone our business touches—our customers, our team, our community.

God has been infinitely generous to us at Braswell Family Farms, so it is with cheerful and generous hearts that we are inspired to give back to others. The process of giving blesses us and changes us, but most importantly, it gives God the glory. Giving is an act of worship. It is a tangible way of living out the truth that all that we have belongs to God (Psalm 24:1).
