The Farm Manager is responsible for the management and direction of all live production and maintenance operations for the assigned farm. The purpose of this role is to assist in planning, directing, and overseeing all production business concerns, including safety, animal husbandry, personnel management, budget management, cost control and operating efficiencies. This individual will monitor the flock records, provide poultry health services, and advise the producer regarding BFF's feeding program and general flock management. The CDL Driver is responsible for driving tractor trailers to safely deliver feed to farms, eggs to retail locations or eggs from commercial grower farms. Drivers will maintain DOT records such as Log Book and vehicle inspection documents. They will interface on a regular basis with customers, contract growers, and/or employees.
