This person will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations and culture development from hiring to retirement for ~200+ employees located in NC and VA. The Director of People & Culture, will be a strategic member of Braswell Family Farms’ executive management team and will contribute to the business’ overall success by assisting in developing, leading, influencing and / or guiding the following processes: Company culture branding, goal setting; talent selection; employee relations; performance management; succession planning; training & leadership development; talent assessment; HRIS support; development & decision support; health & safety programs; and compensation / benefit strategy & plans.

The purpose of this position is to serve as the corporate payroll & benefits processor, while observing strict confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

The Sales Manager is responsible for implementing both short and long range sales/marketing and product development programs targeted towards existing and new markets.

Responsible for the processing, storing, mixing, blending and of organic and conventional feed for the poultry and swine industries. This position rotates between first and second shifts.

Our Egg Delivery Driver transports packaged and palletized eggs to warehouse & retail locations in manner that supports our core values of being ‘In This Together’; ‘Doing the Right Thing’; ‘Eggcited About Agriculture’; ‘I’m Third’; ‘Grow Where You’re Planted’.

The Flock Service Technician Manager functions as a consultant and technical adviser to bird growers and egg producers. This individual will monitor the flock records, provide poultry health services, and advise the producer regarding BFF's feeding program and general flock management.

The CDL Driver is responsible for driving tractor trailers to safely deliver feed to farms, eggs to retail locations or eggs from commercial grower farms. Drivers will maintain DOT records such as Log Book and vehicle inspection documents. They will interface on a regular basis with customers, contract growers, and/or employees.

The Packer is responsible for packing eggs into cases.
