Nilla Wafer Cake

  • 6 Large Braswell Family Farms eggs

  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 11oz box of nilla wafers, crushed

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 1 cup chopped pecans


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

  2. Grease and flour a 9 inch bundt pan.

  3. In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by beating in wafers alternating with milk. Stir in coconut and pecans.

  4. Pour into bundt pan and bake for 1.5 hours.

  5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan

  6. Drizzle with icing or powdered sugar if desired and enjoy!
