Meet Charity Lewis, she is a team leader at our egg processing facility. She has been a team member for 2 years and says her job is “wonderful.”

Charity’s typical day begins at 6:30 am and consists of printing labels and putting them on boxes that will be filled with cartons of eggs so that others will know what types of eggs are inside. Before Charity became a team lead, she served as an egg packer - placing the cartons of eggs in the boxes.

When asked what she likes most about Braswell Family Farms, Charity responded that she appreciates that the company acknowledges workers for their hard work and dedication. She also said that she respects that Trey, the president of Braswell Family Farms, comes to the processing facility to check-in and compliment everyone’s diligence.

In her free time, you can find Charity relaxing and spending time with her goddaughters. She also likes to travel to the beach and amusement parks.

As for her Braswell Family Farms eggs, Charity likes them scrambled with cheese, salt, and pepper.
